We use residual flows for a different purpose

We prevent food waste and general waste by using residual flows for a different purpose. Nature does not always do what you want it to do. This means that we sometimes have a surplus. Tomatoes that fall from the vine, cucumbers that are slightly wonky, sweet peppers with a bit too much colour – we are increasingly processing these residual flows into high-quality products made without colourings, flavourings, or preservatives. And we sell these as end products in the supermarket under the name Food Fellows, but also as semi-finished products to other producers who then use them in their products or dishes.
