Administrative assistant Fust

MBO 4 or HBO working and thinking level; 38 hours Harvest House

As Administrative Officer Packaging , you are the point of contact for everything to do with the administrative and financial handling of multi-use (pool) packaging.

Who are you?

  • You have an MBO-4 working and thinking level;

  • You have an affinity with logistics processes (experience is a plus, not a must);

  • You are handy with systems: experience with Excel, PowerBI, Blue10 and GreenCommerce is a plus;

  • You work in a structured way, accurately and with an eye for detail.

  • You feel at home in a financial/administrative environment and enjoy working with figures;

  • You are communicatively strong and easily liaise with internal and external parties;

  • You are social, think a step ahead and dare to take initiative when necessary;

  • You are proactive, assertive and do not get easily sidetracked.

What will you do?

As Administrative Officer Packaging, you are the point of contact for everything to do with the administrative and financial handling of reusable (pool) packaging. This includes CHEP, IFCO, EPS, LPR and SRS packaging.

You are responsible for your own part of the barrel administration and work intensively with your colleagues and pool managers in this. By constantly checking and supporting each other, together you guarantee a high level of accuracy and quality. Together, you ensure that everything is right down to the last detail.

You will join a close-knit team of 5 colleagues within the Cask Coordination Team. Together, you ensure that everything runs smoothly, even in the dynamics of the AGF season. Especially in busy periods, you know how to keep an overview and stay sharp.

What tasks will you be given?

  • Checking and Incorporate orders and transport invoices;

  • Transferring various types of returnable packaging such as CHEP, IFCO and EPS, including liaising with the various pool managers;

  • Checking the balance of reusable packaging, both physically on site and administratively in all systems;

  • Checking invoices and identifying discrepancies.

  • Signalling deviations and contributing ideas for process improvements;

  • Supporting colleagues by taking over tasks in their absence;

  • You think along proactively in suggesting work and process improvements and in laying down rules concerning reusable barrels.
