We are an international cooperative of salad growers. Everyone deserves access to healthy, affordable and tasty food. That is why we grow millions of kilos of tomatoes, bell peppers and cucumbers in an innovative and sustainable way.

Smart and sustainable

In our high-tech greenhouses, we cultivate smartly and sustainably. More than half of our acreage already uses sustainable heat, and by 2040 we aim to cultivate in a fully climate-neutral way. Through smart technology, knowledge and collaboration, we take steps every day to make cultivation more efficient, smarter and more sustainable.

Together with our chain partners, we ensure that our salads find their way from the greenhouse to the consumer efficiently, affordably and in the right form. Our salads are available in supermarkets and wholesalers throughout Europe.

Leading through innovation

At Harvest House, we work every day to future-proof salads cultivation. Sustainability is in everything we do. We cultivate smarter, more efficiently and with less impact. In our greenhouses, we use sensors, AI and robotics to manage climate, irrigation and plant health. We measure our environmental impact using the FreshProducePEFCR, enabling us to base decisions on facts, not assumptions. Alongside high-tech cultivation, we also focus on organic cultivation. This strengthens our knowledge base and contributes to a resilient chain.

We also use data and technology in our commercial processes to better connect supply and demand while ensuring that our products meet consumer preferences. With this combination of technology, craftmanship and decisiveness, we are shaping the cultivation of tomorrow.
