Harvest House

An international association of passionate growers.

It is our belief that everyone in the world must have access to healthy, nutritious, and delicious food. That is why we grow high-quality salads using innovative and sustainable methods. Together with our chain partners, we ensure that these salads take the most efficient route from the greenhouses to the consumers – resulting in the best price and the most appealing product appearance.

We get things done. We do things right, do things with no ifs or buts, do things our way, and do things together. Together, we can achieve more. We know the supply chain and we know our market. We also understand consumers’ needs.
We excel at bringing together the right people and knowledge. Professionals with expertise in nature, food, technology, data, and processes. Together, we are working to build a food chain that is relevant in the world and ensure the success of all parties involved.

Harvest House connects

We are Europe’s top specialist in salads

This is reflected in our size and our year-round cultivation. We also serve as a knowledge partner for both our growers and retailers. From seed to supermarket, we have the extensive knowledge required to advise all our supply chain partners and help them achieve their goals.

As a specialist in salads, we offer a wide range of salad products. With around twenty-one tomato varieties, more than eleven sweet pepper varieties, and several cucumber varieties, we help our customers provide a varied selection of salads. A growing share of our products is grown organically. As many of our growers employ artificial lighting, we can supply our product range year round, to the highest quality standards.

We also distinguish ourselves in many other areas. We identify trends and extrapolate them to the shop shelves. In addition, our growers are bold and innovative. This is reflected in the ultramodern cultivation techniques that they use, as well as in their development of new growing areas in the Netherlands and abroad.

    Year-round cultivation

Our growers are passionate. They lead the way in using modern techniques in greenhouse horticulture. Some of Harvest House’s growers are committed to cultivation projects abroad in regions such as Southern Europe and North Africa. This ensures the year-round availability of many of our products.

Collaboration is the foundation

Not only does Harvest House have around 71 collaborating members, but we also work together with various other parties in the supply chain. After all, our products find their way around the globe.  And to get them there, we work together with our own international organisations, as well as with a large number of other partners. All of them have been carefully selected.
