“I don’t want to follow the crowds, which is why I made a conscious choice to grow red sweet pointed peppers. Not everyone grows these and it's a real challenge for me. My ultimate dream was the cheerful sweet pointed pepper three-colour mix. In recent years, I have searched for the ultimate orange and yellow sweet pointed peppers to grow, and to eat, of course. I’ve now found these and have the three colours in my greenhouse. I’m really proud of this.”​
