The pointed pepper has a particularly sweet taste. Whereas the sweetest of the 'normal' bell peppers has a Brix value of 7, the sweet pointed pepper has a Brix value of 9 to 10. Brix is the measure of the natural sugar content in a fruit. This high sugar content has been demonstrated in many independent tests.

What also makes pointed peppers extra tasty is that they have a slightly thinner skin than normal peppers. And there are almost no seeds.

Our company produces almost 3 million kilos of bell peppers per year. That's a lot of vitamin bombs!

Every bell pepper we grow, sort and package meets our high standards. We have automated this process as much as possible. The bell peppers are measured, weighed and sent to the correct sorting station.
