Graffiti aubergine BIO
Graffiti aubergines are also known as ‘eggplants’. The latter name is inspired by the appearance of their wild counterparts, which are the size and colour of a chicken egg. Aubergine is a fruiting vegetable from the nightshade family, just like tomatoes and sweet peppers. Like other aubergines, the graffiti aubergine is low in calories and high in fibre and vitamins.
